Refund and Cancellation Policy

We want you to feel confident purchasing from Stripe It Academy. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for each of our programs.

Stripe It Pavement Community (Skool)

Billing: The community is a month-to-month subscription billed at the published rate through Skool.

Cancellation: You can cancel anytime directly inside your Skool account. Your access continues through the end of your current paid month.

Refunds: Because the subscription is month-to-month and cancellable at any time, we do not refund partial months. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at info@stripeitpodcast.com within 7 days of the charge and we will review it.

1-on-1 Business Development Coaching

1-on-1 Coaching is sold under a signed written agreement that takes priority over this page if there is any conflict. The general terms are:

14-Day Full Refund Window

If you purchase a 1-on-1 Coaching program and decide within 14 calendar days of your first payment that the program is not the right fit, you can request a full refund of amounts paid to date. We will issue the refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. No questions asked.

After 14 Days (Conditional Refund)

After the 14-day window, refunds are available under the terms of your signed coaching agreement. In summary:

  • You must have engaged in the program for at least two (2) months,

  • You must demonstrate reasonable effort to apply the strategies and action items discussed during coaching calls, and

  • The Coach must agree that the program has not produced reasonable value despite that effort.

If those conditions are met, we will refund the remaining unused portion of your program.

Cancellation of the Month-to-Month Continuation

After the initial six-month term, 1-on-1 Coaching continues on a month-to-month basis at the same monthly rate. Either party may end the month-to-month arrangement with two (2) weeks' written notice.

How to Request a Refund or Cancel

We respond to refund and cancellation requests within 3 business days.
